- Q: What information must I send to get a quote on product label printing?
- A: To give you an accurate quote for custom labels, please let us know: the exact width and height of the label, what the label will be stuck onto (e.g., glass jar, plastic bottle, cardboard box), whether it needs to be moisture-proof or freezer-safe, and the total quantity of labels you need.
- Q: Can you help me choose the right paper or label size if I don't know the technical details?
- A: Absolutely. You do not need to be a print expert to work with us. Tell us what you want to achieve (for example: "I need a durable label for a 250ml honey jar" or "I want a high-quality handout for a business presentation"), and our print experts will recommend the ideal paper weight, size, and material finish.
- Q: What is your typical turnaround time once my artwork is approved?
- A: Our standard turnaround time is 2 to 5 business days from the moment you approve the digital proof and payment is confirmed. If you have a highly urgent deadline, please let us know when requesting your quote, and we will do our absolute best to fast-track your printing.
- Q: What happens if my artwork is not print-ready or the resolution is too low?
- A: We never just hit "print" on low-quality files. When you submit your artwork, our team manually reviews it. If your logo is pixelated, your text is too close to the cutting edge, or the file format is incorrect, we will contact you immediately. We can help you adjust the file or redesign it to ensure your prints look crisp and professional.
- Q: Do you print barcode labels that work with standard retail point-of-sale (POS) systems?

Q: Can I send you AI-generated designs or artwork from tools like Midjourney, Canva, ChatGPT or Gemini AI to print?
A: Yes & No, you can send them to us as a reference, but we almost always have to recreate them before we can print. While AI tools are fantastic for brainstorming and creating visual concepts, the files they generate are, RGB and not CMYK low-resolution images and cannot be used to produce quality print work.
For high-quality printing especially for sharp text, clean logos, and precise colour matching we require "vector" files or extremely high-resolution files Vector and high resolution graphic's (300dpi in CMYK).
If we print a standard AI file as-is, it will likely look blurry, pixelated, or distorted.
Our design team can use your AI image as an exact guide to rebuild a crisp, print-ready file for you. PS this isnt a FREE service, sorry.
